Location Management
Zylio's Location Management module provides tools to organize and track your company's physical sites, helping you monitor service distribution and budget allocation across different locations. This module enables you to maintain a clear overview of all your operational sites.
Location Dashboard Overview
The Location Management dashboard displays:
- A list of all your locations with their status
- Site-specific budget allocation
- Service distribution across locations
Viewing Locations
The main Sites view presents a table with the following information:
- ID: Unique identifier for each location
- Status: Open or Closed
- Name: Site name/location
- Enseigne: Brand/sign identifier
- ZIP Code: Postal code
- City: Location city
- Country: Location country
- Services: Number of services at this location
Location Performance Metrics
The dashboard shows that your organization is managing:
- 4 locations with 80% of the network coverage
- Budget allocation per location
- Quote counts per location
Adding a Location
To add a new site to your database:
- Navigate to the Sites section from the left navigation menu
- Click the blue "+ Add a location" button in the top-right corner
- Complete the location form with the following information:
- Site name
- Status (Open/Closed)
- Address information (ZIP code, City, Country)
- Brand identifier (Enseigne)
- Additional site details
- Click "Save" to add the location to your database
Modifying Location Information
To edit an existing location's details:
- Navigate to the Sites section
- Find the site you wish to modify in the list
- Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) in the far-right actions column
- Select "Edit" from the dropdown menu
- Update the necessary information
- Click "Save" to confirm your changes
Managing Location Status
You can easily update a location's operational status:
- Navigate to the Sites section
- Find the location you wish to modify
- Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) in the actions column
- Select "Change Status"
- Toggle between "Open" and "Closed" as needed
Open locations (displayed with green status indicators) are fully operational, while closed locations (red indicators) are maintained in the system but marked as non-operational.
Location Details and Analysis
To view detailed information about a location:
- Navigate to the Sites section
- Find the location you wish to view
- Click on the location's name to access its detailed profile
The location detail view provides:
- Complete address information
- Services associated with this location
- Budget allocation
- Active suppliers serving this location
- Performance metrics specific to this site
Location Budget Analysis
The dashboard provides insights into your budget allocation by location
