  • Percentage change compared to previous period
  • Service categorization and distribution

Quote Statistics​

  • Quote count processed

Applying Filters​

The Dashboard offers powerful filtering capabilities to customize your view and focus on specific data segments:

Date Range Filter​

At the top of the Dashboard, you can set a custom date range:

  • Date range selector with start and end dates
  • Click on the date range to open a calendar selector
  • Choose custom start and end dates
  • Apply to update all dashboard metrics accordingly

Category Filters​

Click on the Categories filter button to:

  • Filter data by specific service categories
  • Include or exclude categories from analysis
  • Focus on particular procurement segments

Location Filters​

The Locations filter allows you to:

  • View data for specific locations only
  • Compare performance across selected locations
  • Exclude locations from the analysis

Supplier Filters​

Using the Suppliers filter, you can:

  • Focus on specific supplier relationships
  • Exclude certain suppliers from your analysis
  • Compare performance between suppliers

Refreshing Dashboard Data​

To ensure you're viewing the most current information:

  • Dashboard data refreshes automatically upon login
  • Click individual section refresh icons (⟳) to update specific metrics
  • Use browser refresh for complete dashboard update
